The Service Procedures are divided into warranty and non-warranty service instructions.

Warranty Service Procedures:
1. Remove faulty or questionable component(s) from your CV system.
2. You must call Cerwin-Vega Customer Service and obtain an RA number, as no products will be received without this. To obtain an RA # contact Cerwin-Vega Customer Service @ +1 954.316.1501 and speak to a customer Service agent. The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package.
3. Please include a photocopy of your purchase receipt, or other document related to the purchase of your CV product, such as a packing-list, invoice, or canceled check. If you cannot locate your purchase receipt, try asking the original dealer for a duplicate copy.
4. The component(s) should be packaged for shipping in the original packing box, or in a cardboard carton and protected with packing material such as: styrofoam, newspaper, or bubble-pack.

Please enclose your instructions to CV, and a copy of the purchase receipt.
Service takes about 1-2 weeks, on average, from the date of receipt to the date of return.

Non-Warranty Service Procedures:
1. Remove faulty or questionable component(s) from your CV system.
2. Write a brief note containing your instructions to CV, including a brief description of the problem, your request for service, the name and address you want the serviced items sent back to, and your phone number.
3. You must call Cerwin-Vega Customer Service and obtain an RA number, as no products will be received without this. To obtain an RA # contact Cerwin-Vega Customer Service @ Phone: 954-949-9600 and speak to a customer Service agent. The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package.
4. Please indicate in your note what method of payment you are using to pay for service charges. Cerwin-Vega accepts payment by Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Visa/Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted. If you indicate that you wish to pay by Credit card, CV will contact you by phone for the Credit Card information. Cerwin-Vega does not ship C.O.D.
5. The component(s) should be packaged for shipping in the original packing box, or in a cardboard carton and protected with packing material such as: styrofoam, newspaper, or bubble-pack.
