1.GRANT OF LICENSE

Cerwin-Vega! grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Line Array Optimizer solely for the purpose of simulating and planning audio deployments using authentic Cerwin-Vega! hardware.

2.PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND NON-DISCLOSURE

  • Original Work: This software is an original creation, developed using proprietary acoustical physics models and logic.
  • Restrictions on Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of this software.
  • Protection of Logic: All mathematical constants, safety warning triggers, and center-of-gravity algorithms are the intellectual property of Cerwin-Vega!.
  • Ownership: Unauthorized use of this code under any name other than Cerwin-Vega! is a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.SAFETY AND RIGGING DISCLAIMER

  • Automated Warnings: This software includes automated safety messaging regarding racking, plate weight, and rigging limits.
  • User Responsibility: While the program takes center-of-gravity shifts and system weights into account, these are simulations only.
  • Professional Requirement: All rigging must be inspected and approved by a certified structural engineer or professional rigger prior to deployment. Cerwin-Vega! assumes no liability for hardware failure or injury resulting from the use of this planning tool.

4.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The software is provided "as is." Cerwin-Vega! does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of the software will be error-free.

5.TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement, specifically including any attempt to steal or redistribute the underlying programming.
