I received my 10 inch shallow sub on May 15 2025, they stop playing june 26. Packages well just didn’t last at all. About to see how the warranty come through
My 21" subwoofer arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.
But it was shipped in a card board box with very little extra reinforcement in it to help prevent damage.
I have bought three of these in the past and all was shipped in a wooden very sturdy crate.
When I received the package it showed signs of being tossed around, the magnet on the speaker actually had chuncks that was chipped off of magnet. I called cerwin that same day and sent them emails with pictures for documentation of the minor damage.
Fortunately the speaker sounds great and no issues at this time.
But they should ship something this heavy in a better container.
