If at any time your Cerwin Vega product malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, Cerwin Vega or one of Cerwin Vega's Authorized Service Centers in the United States of America will repair the defect(s) or replace the merchandise, as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion based upon the information presented below.

The end customer must register their product with Cerwin Vega within 15 days of ownership.
Warranty is not transferable from person to person.
To claim warranty a customer must have purchased the product through an authorized Cerwin Vega Dealer located in the United States of America.
Any model series not listed below is not warranted.
Only the following model series listed below (Active Models) would be offered any form of warranty by the newly formed Cerwin Vega company.
CVE series, CVI series, CVX series, CVXL series, EL-36d & EL-36DP, INT V2 series, SL series and XLS series.
Cerwin Vega Pro will warrant all replacement parts and repairs for ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS. All products sold by cerwinvegamobile.com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items; the condition of those items is marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty. Cerwinvegamobile.com will honor a full one-year limited warranty on all brand-new items. All warranty claims must be made through Cerwinvegamobile.com customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact cerwinvegamobile.com by email at [email protected]. All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one-year limited warranty from Cerwin Vega Mobile, refurbished and open box products carry 90 days limited warranty. Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.
Cerwinvegamobile.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation. The warranty does not cover.
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation. Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused. Cerwinvegamobile.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
We recommend that you contact your Cerwin Vega authorized dealer where your original purchase was made to initiate all warranty claims. Our authorized dealers can guide you through the warranty procedure to ensure that your claim will be processed in a timely manner.
All warranty returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt) and be shipped freight prepaid to our facility with an RA (Return Authorization) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Direct returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused if shipped without a valid RA number authorized by Cerwin Vega beforehand.
